Julie is a resource for employees and their families who want to improve their lives through health and wellness. Her weekly newsletters, fitness classes, lectures and group challenges, inspire, motivate and empower people to take charge of their own well-being.
Julie began her career as a fitness instructor in 1985. Since then, she has managed and operated gyms, trained U.S. service members overseas, taught fitness on the community college level and in the private sector, and ran her own successful personal training business. She is certified by and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
As Wellness Director, Julie develops W. M. Jordan Company’s wellness initiatives, coaching both individuals and groups to be more proactive in their approach to wellness. She provides people with the framework to establish better habits and the encouragement to maintain and improve upon the healthy practices they already have. Her constant objective is to empower others to integrate wellness practices into their lives.
