Ferguson Headquarters 3 Breaks Ground at City Center

PROJECT TAGS:

Ferguson officially broke ground today on their new Headquarters 3 (HQ3) building located in the heart of Newport News at City Center at Oyster Point. The new 260,000-square-foot, eight story building, will house Ferguson’s corporate training and development center and various corporate departments.

The HQ3 building is designed to be a collaborative space for Ferguson associates. Each floor has open offices with break out spaces for co-working and team development. Expansive café spaces at the center of each floor provide gathering spaces for associates. A rooftop terrace for various special events and corporate gatherings overlooks the City Center fountain park.

Construction for the new HQ3 building will start later this summer.

W. M. Jordan Company has a long and successful history working with Ferguson, with ten completed projects over the course of our 45-year relationship.
