As a regional field manager, Dan works closely with project superintendents to improve efficiencies on the job site, troubleshoot potential problems and allocate resources across project sites. Dan is a results-oriented leader with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Dan joined W. M. Jordan Company in 1985 and has supervised construction of complex projects such as the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM), the Deco at CNB Apartments, and the Gladding Residence Center Redevelopment student housing for Virginia Commonwealth University.
More than three decades of experience working in the roles of carpenter, steel erector, shop foreman, assistant superintendent, and project superintendent provide him a depth of experience with diverse facets of the construction process. As general superintendent, Dan effectively manages people with varying skill sets from diverse backgrounds in a deadline-driven team environment. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia and serves as an usher at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Midlothian.
