Tyler is an innovative construction professional with over 20 years of industry experience providing cost estimates and value analysis for such projects as the Colonial Williamsburg Art Museum Expansion, Virginia’s Western Forensic Science Lab, and the VCU GRC Residence Hall Redevelopment. He leads a team of estimators, allocating estimating resources for project pursuits and engaging the subcontracting community. He works closely with our Director of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion to inform and engage historically underutilized businesses to bid on our projects.
Tyler applies his knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and processes to help our clients achieve the best value for their dollar. He holds certifications in construction quality management, contractor’s quality control, and OSHA 30-hour safety. He’s completed certification programs including hospital infection prevention through ASHE and Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers.
