As a regional field manager, Randy works closely with project superintendents to improve efficiencies on the job site, troubleshoot potential problems and allocate resources across project sites. He is results-oriented and coordinates multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Nearly four decades of experience working in the roles of carpenter, steel erector, shop foreman, assistant superintendent, and project superintendent provide him a deep experience with diverse facets of the construction process.
Randy joined W. M. Jordan Company in 1988. He was the project superintendent for many healthcare, hospitality and education projects including the VCU Cabell Library, VSU’s Howard Quad Student Housing, and the Student Success Center at JMU. He became a general superintendent in 2016, responsible for the field operations of projects in central and western Virginia.
