He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Colorado State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary.

Michael’s comprehensive understanding of building systems and construction means and methods help his team of estimators provide each client with accurate, timely cost and value options. His broad range of experience in the construction industry includes the roles of estimator, preconstruction manager, project manager, and project executive.

Michael is past chairman of the Virginia Associated Builders and Contractors, a member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and a member of the Design Build Institute of America. As a servant leader, Michael shares his knowledge and talents with the community in several capacities. He is past president of the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank board and chairs the Finance Committee on the board of An Achievable Dream Academy.
