With over two decades in the construction industry, Craig has his finger on the pulse of the regional subcontracting market in Virginia and the Carolinas. His knowledge and expertise is key to assembling the right team of material suppliers and trade contractors for each project.

Craig works with owners and design teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of complex project programs, alternative delivery systems such as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and construction methodology including lean construction.  Since 2001, he has guided our owners and design teams through the cost estimate and value analysis process on complex projects such as the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Critical Care Tower, the Western Forensic Science Lab and Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and the Science Museum of Virginia Renovations and Addition.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and is a certified healthcare constructor through the American Society for Healthcare Engineers (ASHE.)
