Claire serves employees who want to grow personally and professionally. She helps others achieve their full potential by improving their knowledge, skills, and abilities and provides tools to help them be more successful. Claire motivates people to invest in our company through service, which allows them to have fun while developing leadership skills.

Claire joined W. M. Jordan Company in 1992 as an administrator. She became Manager of Administration in 1996, responsible for mentoring all project administrators. In 2004, she expanded her duties as Director of Learning & Development. As Vice President of Learning & Development, Claire oversees all administration functions while helping all employees become the very best they can be.

Claire is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the world’s largest association dedicated to those who develop talent in organizations, the Southeast Virginia Association for Talent Development (SEATD), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is currently pursuing her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
