W. M. Jordan Company provided design/build services for a 73,495 square foot warehouse and distribution center for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., a leading supplier of wholesale plumbing and heating supplies. A pre-engineered metal building with a 30' high clear span forms the 57,500 square foot warehouse portion with 9,300 square foot mezzanine, while conventional steel frame with brick veneer and aluminum windows is used for the 6,687 square foot, single story office area.
