The 204,000 square foot resort features accommodations with panoramic ocean views and private wraparound balconies, including a penthouse suite, presidential suite, honeymoon suite, petite suites, two-bedroom villas, standard king rooms, standard double rooms, business king rooms and business double rooms. Dining options include a fine dining establishment, an Oyster Bar, and a Cafe on the Park. The conference center offers 14,000 square feet of banquet and conference facilities including a 7,000 square foot ballroom. Amenities include a rooftop infinity-edge swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, and a health club. The full-service hotel features a Club Floor with concierge service, private lounge, and limousine service for frequent business travelers, high-speed Internet access, and valet service for guests and the public visiting the hotel, restaurants or park. The hotel is part of a larger effort to improve this section of the oceanfront. These include the 31st Street Park, an oceanfront community park with two entertainment pavilions and public facilities; The Hilton Shoppes, with 26,000 square feet of upscale retail space; and a 1,000-space public parking garage with an elevated walkway to the hotel. W. M. Jordan Company constructed these projects under separate contracts.
