Just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and historic Jamestown, Colonial Crossings resort presently offers a 10,000 square foot welcome center, swimming pool, and twenty-four timeshare units. W. M. Jordan Company is providing construction management services for two new timeshare buildings, adding 44 more units to the resort. The four-story buildings feature brick and Hardi-plank exteriors and offer timeshare apartments in one and two-bedroom layouts.
W. M. Jordan Company provided preconstruction phase services including cost estimating, constructability analysis, and value engineering for the project. These same services are underway for the next phase of the project, The Governor's Building, scheduled to start late summer 2007.
