W. M. Jordan Company is providing Design/Build services to Sentara Health Care for a new 75,000 square foot medical office building at their Belleharbour campus in northern Suffolk, Virginia. Paul Finch & Associates is providing architectural services for the three-story building, which includes medical offices, Advanced Imaging Center, and an Emergency Care facility. The building will be finished in brick, precast concrete, stone, glass and architectural metal panels.
As part of the design build services, the team is providing a master planning review of the water, sanitary sewer and storm water systems for the 40-acre Campus Master Plan.
