Trammell Crow selected W. M. Jordan Company to provide construction management services for an 81,200 square foot medical office building in Hampton, Virginia. W. M. Jordan constructed the shell and core of the building, and provided tenant improvements for a 21,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center with procedure and operating rooms for Riverside Health Systems. W. M. Jordan Company provided expertise to Trammell Crow and the design team during the preconstruction phase with cost estimating, document review, systems analysis, and scheduling for the project.
