W. M. Jordan Company provided Design/Build services for a multi-faceted project to create a unique and historically significant centerpiece along the Yorktown waterfront. The architectural firms of Rancorn Wildman Associates and Glave & Holmes Associates designed the project, which includes a variety of new buildings for restaurants, offices, and retail space. The buildings are compatible with the historic look of Yorktown, with masonry and hand-molded brick facades and slate roofing. A pedestrian walkway known as the "Riverwalk" extends both east and west along the York River. A two-level parking terrace accommodates more than 250 vehicles. The project includes public restrooms and outdoor plazas.
