W. M. Jordan Company provided construction management services for the Law Library Addition and Renovations to the Marshall-Wythe Law School at the College of William and Mary. The addition involved adding 30,300 square feet to the existing basement, first floor, and second floor of the Law Library, along with 52,044 square feet of renovations to the existing structure. The new addition features a curved exterior wall, monumental staircase with opaque glass handrails, and a 12' square pyramidal skylight.
W. M. Jordan Company provided preconstruction phase services for the project including cost estimating services, value engineering, and constructability analysis.
