These services include cost estimating, value engineering, constructability and life cycle analysis, and project scheduling. This project is the first phase of development for TNCC's new campus in historic Williamsburg, known as the Historic Triangle Campus.

The project includes two buildings, a new 120,000 gross square foot Academic Center and an 1,800 square foot Annex Facility for grounds maintenance and storage, along with development of the site. The three-story academic building includes a learning resource center, academic support center, student support services, a bookstore, cafeteria, classrooms and laboratories. This first building accommodates 880 full-time students and will be the focal point for the new Historic Triangle Campus, designed for 3,700 students when complete.
