Already the low bidder for this competitively bid project, W. M. Jordan Company worked closely with the project architect, BCWH of Richmond, to value engineer the project resulting in a savings of $3.5 million from the original estimate.

The 243,500 square foot building accommodates 1,500 students and contains a two-story academic wing with classrooms, labs and computer learning centers. Common areas include an auditorium with seating for more than 800 people, a gymnasium, cafeteria, and library. The site accommodates several athletic fields, including a track and field area and a football field.
