 
VCU Dormitory and Parking Garage
W. M. Jordan Company is providing Virginia Commonwealth University with construction management services for a new student dormitory and parking garage complex at their Monroe Campus. The project team includes Hanbury Evans Wright Vlattas + Company of Norfolk as the architect of the 400-unit residence hall, and Baskervill of Richmond as the architect for the 685-car parking garage. W. M. Jordan Company provided expertise to VCU and the design team during the preconstruction phase with cost estimating, document review, systems analysis, and scheduling for the project.
