W. M. Jordan Company provided construction services for the new football center with practice fields at the College of William and Mary. The project includes a two-story, 30,000 square foot athletic training center building, a full-size football practice field, and a half-size practice field.

The training center is a brick building that includes locker rooms, training facilities and team classroom, equipment rooms, offices and meeting spaces, and support areas such as laundry and kitchen space. The building features an expansive, two-story lobby with grand staircase and fan-shaped skylight.

W. M. Jordan Company provided preconstruction phase services for the project including cost estimating services and value engineering.
