W. M. Jordan Company is providing construction management services for the Point at City Center Condominiums, located in a 52-acre mixed used development in the heart of Newport News. City Center at Oyster Point is a vibrant community of luxurious apartments, distinctive condominiums, modern office buildings, and exciting and unique retail shops.
The Point offers 54 luxury condominium homes in thirteen floor plans ranging from 1,000 to over 2,300 square feet. Floor plans come in lofts, one, two and three bedroom styles featuring nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, designer lighting packages, and private balconies. The four-story brick building is approximately 128,385 gross square feet with retail shops, parking, a common entry lobby and a community room located at street level.
