W. M. Jordan Company and Continental Properties have teamed together to build Bridgeway Technology Center, a premier office park focused on the Suffolk Technology Corridor in Suffolk, Virginia. W. M. Jordan Company is providing preconstruction services such as cost estimating, constructability analysis, and value engineering along with construction services such as scheduling, project management, and site supervision.
When completed, the 400-acre master planned Bridgeway Technology Center Park will include over 500,000 square feet of Class A office space. Six buildings are planned; the first three are complete.
The first three buildings are single story U-shaped structures. Bridgeway Technology Center I, with 130,000 square feet, includes such tenants as General Dynamics and Raytheon. Bridgeway Technology Center II offers 67,180 square feet and includes tenants such as Lockheed Martin and SAIC. Bridgeway Technology Center III offers 72,600 square feet.
