Bidding with W.M. Jordan Company

W. M. Jordan Company believes that subcontractors and suppliers are valued
business partners, integral to the success of our projects and our company. We
encourage qualified subcontractors and suppliers to bid on projects with our
firm. To assist you in this process, we have developed this online guide to
bidding with W. M. Jordan Company.
|
| What is a qualified subcontractor? |
| A qualified subcontractor or supplier is licensed and
insured. Depending on the size and scope of the project, additional
qualifications such as financial strength and similar experience may be
required. We encourage participation by Small, Woman-Owned, And Minority (SWAM)
firms. Because W.M. Jordan continues to do business with agencies that require
SWAM participation, we encourage all subcontractors to apply for SWAM
Certification. To find out if you meet the criteria to become SWAM certified,
click on SWAM and go to
the SWAM Online Certification Application. Answer the five "yes or no"
questions to see where you stand.
