our customers in western Virginia. We’ll be relocating anchor team members

from Newport News and Richmond, and bringing on some new local talent to

better serve our western Virginia customers. And we’re proud to announce Paul

A. Galloway will be joining W. M. Jordan to manage our new office.

development industry. He founded Galloway Corporation in 1972, completing

over 300 projects spanning seven states and 29 communities and office parks

throughout the Mid-Atlantic. His portfolio includes single-family master-planned

neighborhoods, master-planned industrial parks, marina and beach resorts, retail

centers, historic renovations, and mid and high-rise residences, hotels and office

In 1993, Galloway completed one of the largest privately owned projects in

the Hampton Roads area, Naval Sea Combat Systems Engineering Station

(SEABAT), located in Suffolk, Virginia. Galloway was also a partner/co-
developer, as well as sole investor in the Government Services Administration

and building owners, assisting them with everything from site selection to

selecting architects and working with the general contractor on his clients’ behalf.

Paul stated, “I am excited about building a hands-on, local presence in Roanoke

with W. M. Jordan Company. My construction background and organizational

skills are perfectly suited to this new challenge.”
