At W. M. Jordan Company, learning never stops! Each employee is encouraged to participate in a variety of topical programs designed to enhance job skills, improve leadership and communication skills, and promote balance at home and on the job. Our programs are taught by leaders in and outside of our firm: industry experts, special consultants, and our own experienced, seasoned personnel. We’ve invested in a 3,000 square foot state-of-the-art Learning and Development Center with full audio-visual and video conferencing capabilities.
