COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
We care about the places we live and work. We are proud to build facilities
that improve the quality of life for our neighbors across Virginia - hospitals,
schools, churches, and museums to name a few. But buildings without people are
just places, W. M. Jordan Company believes in building the community.
For the past fifteen years, W. M. Jordan Company has sponsored an annual golf
tournament to benefit the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters. We
participate in a corporate and employee contribution program with the United
Way. We contribute to over 200 charities annually and sponsor many events. We
have many employees on numerous boards of charitable organizations. We provide
items and services for auctions at charity events and donate our people and
equipment to many facilities to make repairs for charitable organizations.
We are a "People" kind of contractor and always look for ways to improve our
lives and those in our community.
